How is it installed?

The program is hosted on our secure server and we supply you with a link to access the program. The link can be saved in your favorites file folder for quick access.

When I modify an item, how fast is it refreshed?

The program refreshes automatically every 3 minutes...Or you can simply click on the refresh button of your browser.

Do my customers see the quantity for sale?

The customer can only view the quantity type, C/L or T/L, but not the actual quantity of each type.

Is the program secure?

The program is password and username protected. Only 1 user for each password and username may access the program.

Who is able to view our list?

Only the customers that you give access to. (unlimited). You set up their accounts in the accounts section of the software.

How do our customers access the price list?

They are automatically sent an e-mail with a link,  username, and password, via a send mail option incorporated within  the software.

What about our customers that do not have Internet or e-mail? 

You are able to print a hard copy with your Company header so that you may fax it.

Has the software been tested?

Yes,...We can supply references from current users upon request.

What if I have 2 price lists?...Canadian and American.

The software is configured to manage two independent price lists.

Can I send both Canadian and American price lists to my customer?

You can choose to give them access to either, or both.

Is the software editable?

Yes, is was designed to allow several of the integrated fields to be modified for the specific needs of each user.
